Hi Jennifer,
I just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed the tour very much and of course can't blame a tour company for the weather. We were the ones who chose Hoian anyway. As you can read by Steve's letter, he was most upset by what he interpretted as an insult to his size. I feel that Dao was just joking and it was a miscommunication.
I cannot wait to go back for another tour of Vietnam and I would definitely choose Bamboo Travel the next time also.
Thanks again so much for arranging this wonderful trip for us.
Boni

Hi Jennifer Nguyen,
I have now returned from Vietnam and I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with our cruise. We had a fantastic time, everything was extremely well organised and we were very pleased with the sampan which was very comfortable. I would also like to say that the trip was made even better by the very helpful crew that were with us and Ginn our guide was excellent. I'm not sure if this is how you spell his name but he was excellent and really made our trip most enjoyable. I shall certainly recommend you and your company to any friends who may wish to travel in Vietnam.
My thanks to Ginn and the crew for a most enjoyable trip.

Jennifer,
As promised, here are the pictures that we took when we met in Hanoi. We, again, want to thank you for EVERYTHING that you did for us that made our holiday in Viet Nam such an excellent experience.
Everything went smoothly and worked-out perfectly.
Your skill and professionalism insured that our trip was the best ever!!!
We want to thank you for being not only our travel representative in Viet Nam--but also a friend. Working with you for the last 8 months has made us appreciate all the effort and hard work that you have done to meet our needs, requirements and our expectations.
Please feel free to use my name, in the future, as a reference to your company--and especially YOU as a travel coordinater.
Find enclosed 4 pictures of us (some are bettter than the others, but I thought I'd send them all and you can choose which you like.)
Also, there is one picture of Quin and Bob (the one of me and Quin did not come out.) If you are able to forward this picture to her (you said that you knew her), please do so. If it is too difficult--or impossible, just delete it!
We wish you a Happy New Year and again thank you for everything that you did for us.
Scott
PS. Also, today I just sent you a thank you card by regular mail with 6 different pictures enclosed in it. Please let me know when you get this card and the enclosed pictures.

Subject: THANKS FROM WHITE GROUP
Dear Jennifer,
I had intended contacting you previously but, after we got home, due to my laziness, I neglected to do so. Please accept my apologies.
We all enjoyed our five week stay in your country immensely. This was due, in no small part, to the excellently organised trip that you arranged for us, the Faith White gang of four.
We sincerely appreciated your professional organisation; the trip ran to clockwork The only misadventure was the weather the last week (no fault of yours) and we truly appreciated your personal initiative in arranging to change from land to air travel back to HCM city. Please accept sincere thanks from all of us.
We have sung your organizational praises to a number of our friends in Oz (Australia) and advised them that, as they are considering doing an equivalent trip to ours, they should contact you. I have taken the liberty of appointing myself your unpaid and unofficial ambassador on the Gold Coast; I assume you have no objection as I am doing this in genuine appreciation for your efforts.
In addition, should it assist you in any business way, I would be only too happy to provide you with a written reference based on our satisfaction with your services. You may or may not be able to use this to your business advantage. Please let me know if this would be of any assistance.
Thank you once again and we all wish you, your staff and contractors, a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2011.
Also should you ever consider coming this way please do not hesitate to contact us as we would be only too happy to provide you with voluntary assistance.
Sincerely,
Peter White for Peter, Jill, Faith and Danny.

Hi David,
I just want to tell you that we really enjoyed our cruise, everything was perfect: the food, the service, the rooms, the tours and the staff especially our guide Khanh Buu Ho. He is very interesting and friendly, he has a lot of knowledge, he takes good care of his customers and his english is very good. We hope to have a tour with him again in the future.
Thanks and best regards,

Subject: Recent Vietnam holiday
Hello Jennifer
We are home now and have returned to work so i thought i would drop you a line and let you know that we absolutely enjoyed our holiday immensely. The only hiccup was the times for pick up for the Mekong cruise but that worked out ok in the end. At every point in our holiday we were greeted by friendly and courteous people and our guides at the various tours and highlights were outstanding not only in their English but their knowledge of local history and customs and no request was a problem and we were able to just enjoy our trip. I will certainly be recommending you to any of our friends and family that may be wanting to visit Vietnam and Cambodia in the future and if at some time we may return i will certainly be in touch, once again i thank you for you help and wish well for the future
regards John Hakes

Subject: BACK HOME
Hello Jenny
We arrived home a few days ago after our cruise down the Mekong
on the La Marguerite.
I have to say that it was an excellent trip. The boat and its facilities
were first class, the cabins were spotlessly clean and comfortable and
the meals were quite outstanding. In addition the daily excursions
were very interesting and extremely well organised. We are so pleased
that we decided to go.
Just one further point Jenny. You remember the discussion we had
about a $100 levy per passenger. Well, there was no levy. We were not
asked to pay any levy and nor was any other passenger.
Thanks for your services. I hope to be able to use them again sometime.
B est wishes

Subject: URGENT ---- Thanks + Phnom Penh Agency contact needed
Dear David Duong or someone else on your behalf,
I want to thank you for our great tour in Vietnam - Mekong - Phnom Penh - Siem Reap: everything went smooth and we had a great journey! Mostly, the great staff on Mekong Sanpan was really as best and professional as we would ever expected. Unforgettable days in Halong Bay also and very good transfers by train, boat and car. Thank you so much for your efficient work and assistance. It was a pleasure to meet you in Hanoi as well.
Now I'm also emailing since we forgot a souvenir (it's a framed picture of ours) in the car to Siem Reap: since we've lost the visit card of the Cambodian driver who led us from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, we need to contact the Agency settled in Phnom Penh, which you arranged that transfer with.
We're staying at The Pavilion Hotel in Phnom Penh till tomorrow, so that it would be great should we get the number within today... thanks for what you'll be able to do.
